In the Virtual networks blade that appears, select the virtual network for which you want to create a peering. The traditional IPSec protocol stack that is installed with Openswan is NETKEY. Always On VPN connections include two types of tunnels: device tunnel and user tunnel.
Click on VPN and then "Add a VPN connection".
After using the wizard to configure Virtual Private Network on the server, you get a system message, see the attached screenshot.
Select a peering and view the configuration results. On the next page, enter the following settings: VPN provider: Windows (built-in) Connection name: SC&I VPN. Click Connect to the network at my workplace to create the dial-up connection.
