The first step in setting up an Amazon VPC using RightScale is to create a network using the Network Manager. VPS/VDS is a Virtual Private (Dedicated) Server. Wait till the time VPC is created.
On Inboard, add rule: Type: HTTP.
This "seclusion" in sharing resources is called a virtual private network.
Optionally, you can change the Availability Zone. Select a location (availability zone) for your instance. You can see it on left side on the page.
